Attached are the updated committees, three-meeting outlook, and projects listed below. The Observer Program projects list is not included here, as it was addressed separately under Agenda Item D2. Similarly, the groundfish workplan was reviewed as part of the review of programmatic groundfish objectives under Agenda Item D3.
